Warner Brothers Water Tower

Major Revamp at Warner Brothers Studio Tour Hollywood

For years, the Warner Brothers Studio Tour has offered an unparalleled behind-the-scenes glimpse of Hollywood that no amusement park or rival studio can seem to duplicate. When you visit the lot, you are transported into the worlds of some of the most famous and beloved television shows and films of today and yesteryear. As a visitor, you get a genuine insider’s view of some seriously legendary entertainment. If you are staying with us this summer and plan to check out the WB tour, you’re in for an extra special treat.

Warner Brothers has announced an elaborate expansion of their backlot tour, set to debut on July 16, 2015, emphasizing the addition of a new feature titled Stage 48: Script to Screen. As part of the revamp, the tour will allow guests to explore the complete production process. From early scripts to casting, filming to post-production, their experienced guides will provide an educational but entertaining introduction to filmmaking. While there are lots of worthwhile places to check out in Southern California, WB Studios is a really cool place to consider regardless of whether you’re here on business or pleasure.

The iconic Burbank-based studio will update interactive elements, allowing you to recreate a famous scene from Friends, design your own Batmobile, and even take a green screen picture on the original set of the Harry Potter films. Of course, these new activities only expand upon the already fascinating backlots, soundstages, props, and stories you’ll experience. One of the greatest aspects of the tour is guests’ opportunity to freely roam the historic lots, breaking off from the guided tour to explore with a personal touch. Over the years, movie enthusiasts have reported that WB guides are very accommodating of guests’ inquiries, tailoring each tour to your group’s personal requests.

If you upgrade to a Deluxe pass, the five hour event boasts a three-course lunch in the actors’ and producers’ Commissary, an up-close look at the Pretty Little Liars exterior set, the chance to hold a real-life Oscar, and other special perks. For a more reasonable price, the normal pass will be just as satisfying as you get the chance to enter the worlds of The Big Bang Theory, Friends, 2 Broke Girls, and a number of blockbuster films. Regular tickets are currently priced at $62 for people 8 and older, and spots are known to fill quickly! It’s worth noting that WB Studios does not allow guests under 8, and adult visitors are required to present valid photo I.D. Tours run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

If you want to live the unique Hollywood experience during your stay with us, be sure to consider Warner Brothers Studio Tour Hollywood this summer season.
