At Hotel Amarano, our first priority is and always has been the health and safety of our guests and associates. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, we want you to rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure peace of mind as you plan your next stay with us.
While our standard cleaning routines are very thorough, we have implemented additional measures in response to COVID-19. On a daily basis Hotel Amarano Burbank Hollywood is working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures and specific training for employees and control and monitoring of the measures.
A Horse Length Apart – Guests and employees at Hotel Amarano Burbank Hollywood are asked to practice social distancing by standing at least six feet away from those outside of your own party/group per guidelines set forth by Los Angeles County.
Face Coverings – All guests and employees are required to wear a face covering while in all hotel public spaces. Face coverings ca include face masks, scarves, or bandanas. Hotel Amarano Burbank Hollywood can provide a face covering upon request.
Pool – In keeping with social distancing guidelines, the pool is open with limited capacity. We ask that no more than 9 people are in the pool area at one time. Please keep six feet away from those outside of your party/group.
Fitness Center – In accordance with local guidelines the gym is available to a maximum of two guests at a time. As a courtesy to all guests we ask s a courtesy to all guests we ask that workouts are limited to thirty minutes. Yoga mats can be delivered to your room without contact upon request.
Housekeeping & Guest Request – Hotel Amarano Burbank Hollywood will provide full-service guestroom cleaning every three days, service can be arranged daily upon request. To maintain physical distancing all guest amenity requests will be delivered and placed outside of your door. Guests must be vacant from the room while any maintenance or housekeeping services are done.
Restaurant / Room Service – A Grab and Go menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is available for contactless delivery to your room or via pick up at the front desk. FYC Kitchen & Bar is temporarily closed for in dining services.
